The Building has been completely leased to Incubex, wiz a managed office space operator. The 10th floor is retained by the landlord for their office and common meeting rooms etc. which can be used by the clients. The 9th floor to have a food court/ gym etc. which will be built and under the scope of Incubex. There is provision for a food court and Chreche on the ground floor as well.
