E-Novation Centre B & C

The e-novation Centre is a LEED Gold, state-of-the art infrastructure, housed in a 12-acre campus exclusively dedicated to innovation, R&D and training in the institutional area on Southern Peripheral Road… in Sector 75, Gurugram. It would make an ideal setting for corporates, IT companies, institutions and organisations for setting up - Corporate Innovation Labs, R&D labs, incubators, accelerators, centres of excellence, IT/ITeS units, Training Centres for teams ranging from 150 to 1000+. The campus is single-owned and offers Built-to-suit (BTS), to shell, to semi fitted-out, to fully fitted-out spaces. The one million sq ft infrastructure is spread over six blocks; the First block is already in use and operational with the BMW Group having set up India’s largest automobile training centre in it.
